Dining

Situated around a magnificent chalet chimney breast, the restaurant makes a convivial and friendly meeting place. The delicious dishes are made from local produce (product provenance guaranteed) with – a real highlight – excellent meat from the property owner’s own butchery. They are accompanied by excellent local wines. For those who are keen to maintain a balanced diet, EquiSaNa (balanced, healthy, natural) dishes can be prepared on request.

These dishes are available in the café, under the light of shooting stars; in the dining room with its rustic country ambience ; in the garden, amid the flowers and majestic trees ; or also in the wood-fired rotisserie, located in an authentic eighteenth-century cellar. Gourmets and wine lovers will be delighted. And for those who would like to quench their thirst in style, nothing beats our excellent home-made Pot des Cieux (“Jug from Heaven”) beer, at the brasserie bar or in the beer cellar.

Meeting rooms

For business meetings and private receptions, two conference rooms, named Bulle and Fribourg, are available to business guests in the main building. They include Wi-Fi access, a projector and a flip chart.

Outdoor activities

A whole series of outdoor activities are on offer in the locality. So, for nature lovers, it is possible to hike the pilgrimage routes to Compostella (via Jacobi). For those sensitive to the natural energies generated by places, the very famous Cistercian Abbaye d’Hauterive is located nearby, a major spot for telluric currents renowned in Europe. More easily, you only have to walk ten minutes to join the Sarine river as it winds its way through the countryside.
